WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?

Our standard turnaround time is about 2 weeks. However, during peak season and holiday weekends, this estimate may extend to accommodate. We also offer rush services for an additional fee.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU TO INQUIRE ABOUT AN ORDER?

Our shop is open Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5PM, where you can give us a call at 978-922-0222. Or, shoot us an email at info@thegraphicjam.com and we'll get right back to you!

 

WHAT IS THE STANDARD PRINT SIZE?

Our shop has a few standard measurements we typically go by when printing your garments. If you would like a specific size for your print, please let us know. Please also remember that detailed designs may not print well in smaller sizes!

 

  • 12x12”: Full Front/Full Back

    • 10x10” for circular or square artwork

  • 4”w: Left/Right Chest

    • 3.25”w for circular or square artwork

  • 3.25”w: Sleeve/Pant Leg

    • 14”h max for long sleeves/Pants

  • 9”w: Most Youth garments

 

CAN I PROVIDE GARMENTS TO PRINT ON?

Of course! We are also more than happy to order garments for you. Check out this link for samples.

 

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY ART?

We prefer files that are vector or high resolution (300 dpi). These files include .ai, .psd, and .eps. PDF is also acceptable if it is vector. Please outline all fonts before sending your files. If you are unable to provide this type of file, we will be happy to vectorize your art for you for a small fee. Our shop uses the Pantone system to print your designs. We also have a selection of standard colors available for print, such as navy or royal blue. If you have specific colors you would like to use, please let us know. If need be, we will select close matching Pantones to the art you provide us.

 

CAN YOU DESIGN SOMETHING FOR ME?

Absolutely! Hit us up with your ideas (and any references you have), and we’ll whip up something awesome for you.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

For orders where The Graphic Jam purchases your garments, we require a 50% deposit upon ordering. Final payment is due at pick up.

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER ONCE IT'S READY?

Our shop is open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, where you can come pick up your order upon completion. We will email you once your order is ready for pick up.
